September 3 - November 3

Orlando based Puerto Rican artist Francisco Garcïa Burgos is blessed with many fountains of inspiration. A simple sound, the semblance of a story heard long ago, an image encountered by chance, an experience, something seen, felt, or tasted. Garcia Burgos employs all of these influences to nourish his imagination and awaken his creativity. History and religion are themes frequently present in his work but the vocabulary is of his own creation. An exhibition of Francisco Garcia Burgos' paintings from 2001-2019 in the Studio Gallery from September 3 through November 3. Free artist reception on Saturday, September 28, from 2-5pm.
